Unfortunately, at this point in time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Collection 002 (due to limited quantity).

We have provided measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice.

If there is an error on our part (size does not match order or damage), please message us on Instagram and we will sort it out.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

SHIPPING

For orders within Australia, we ship Australia Post Standard (free with every order).

Or if selected at checkout Australia Post Express ($5AUD charge to customer).

For international orders, we ship Australia Post International Standard ($20AUD), or Express ($30AUD). Depending on customer choice (cost charged to customer).

We do not use a third-party shipment provider. Every order is packed and shipped by us.

Most of the time we can ship the next business day after the order is placed.

We are not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs are separate from the shipping cost.

We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.

Lost shipments and stolen packaged from doorstep/mailboxes are not our responsibility and claims must be made to the appropriate carrier.
